Geometry Transformations Unit Technology Plan (rough draft)
I have only made it to this chapter once and I decided to revamp it so that when I get to it again, I could really get the students involved. Please let me know what you think! ANY and ALL feedback or ideas are welcome!
Hannah, I like that you added the slide that Amy suggested at the end of your presentation about grounded theory. I also like that you stated on that slide that you make your technology decisions last, you are using technology correctly and using it to support your students!
Hannah, your objectives were very clear and lined up nicely with your standards. Not only that, you but provided key terms that students will be able to gain knowledge on and be able to use throughout the lesson. For some reason, I am not able to view the outline of the reflections and translations or any google doc attached. It might be just my computer. But, overall everything looks very well organized.
I like that you are able to revisit a lesson and integrate technology into your plans with the calculators, Google Forms, and Desmos. I looks like you are using the Grounded Theory, is that correct? You might want to include a slide at the end about how it has influenced the design of the plan. I like how you start with the standards and are building upon what students need to learn. I will be interested to see how you develop the other activities that are in progress. Well done!
