Week 3-1/2 way there!

Hey all! Can you believe we are already 1/2 way through the semester? I am enjoying seeing all of the different ways that you are connecting the content to your various content areas and grade levels. A few week 3 announcements:

4th of July 🇺🇸

I hope that you all have plans to celebrate and relax on the fourth this week! I will be away from my computer and spending time with family. I will get back to feedback on 7/5.

Midterm

I worked on feedback today and tried to give you some updates on both your PLN and your overall progress in the class. If you have any questions about that let me know. I would say if you have 3 or 4 badges, have at least two connections on your PLN connected educator challenge, and have 5 or so Responses to Peers you are on track. If you have less than that you might want to be sure you have a good plan in place for finishing on time. Remember there is a 24-48 hour turn around (not including the weekends) for all feedback, so you don't want to run out of time for revisions.

Responding to Colleagues.

Try and spend some time on this over the week! This is actually a really important and fun part of the course. This is how you get to interact with others and see learn from each other!

Getting Feedback

Please be sure to reach out in Wix or on your Badge Tracker when you are ready for feedback. At least once a week I try to get through everyone, but ideally you would be alerting me to let me know you want feedback and I will add you to my list. As always if you think I forgot you, please reach out again with a gentle reminder.
