You have good plans for your future, realistic too. EdPuzzle saved me this here a couple times as I had in-person and remote students. There are so many resources on there that you do not have to re-invent the wheel. I like to use it as review, pre-test/post-test, and in other ways. I am with you about the simulation article, I really liked that read and found it interesting. It is making me think a lot differently moving into a new semester.
Sounds like a great plan with manageable implementation! I especially like your thought about not just replacing the old with technology, but rather using technology to enhance the student experience and learning. Good luck!
