Has my opinion changed? No, my opinion is still the same that this is a really great tool that can allow my students to interact with each other and our content in a less traditional setting.
Does it do what I want it to do? Yes it does, I especially like that I can set a time limit on how long they can record for, and that they can see their classmates posts and can respond.
I will continue to use it as I have in my class, I wont abandon it. However, I will make some changes in what I expect for them in terms of posture and camera placement. I will use it as a professionalism standard and have them sitting up, not hat or hoods and have the camera showing their shoulders and head like an ID picture. Some students during remote learning would record themselves and not have the best professionalism in their videos.
