Reflection: Comparing both ACTFL Standards and ISTE Standards, I see a difference in both but I believe they can go with one another as I am teaching my learners how to be an empowered learner through communication. As my students learn the fundamentals of the Spanish language and the importance of communication my hope is they discover their own role in it. I am teaching what to do with their communication skills in many different ways and understanding how to incorporate and relate the technology to my lessons. Using technology with this generation of students is allowing my lessons to come alive more, giving my students tools to technology and the Spanish language.

This was really great to go through. The last 3 years, my department was World Language, Art, and Music. So I quite often saw people in my department doing things similar to what you have, but I didn't know the connection with standards. There were a lot of Ah-ha realizations while going through your map!
I like how you made so many connections between the ACTFL Standards and ISTE Standards. This assignment was a very helpful in making those connections. I love your storyboard idea! Also, it seems that some of your concepts AND technology could build upon each other!
